    LOL. Then i wonder why. Maybe your room is a little 'cold' or 'hot'. :haha:

    I left my salt lamp turned off for like more than a few months, and it became all watery. Heck, it even destroyed the wooden finishing of my cupboard that it was placed in. >.<

    It's due to some reaction of the salt with the air/moisture/temperature or something. :mrgreen:

    Hmm.. Noticed some particles in the secretion. Looks like your salt lamp is melting or dissolving. :D

    How many hours a day is the salt lamp off every day?

    Does the water appear soon after turning it on? If so how long?

    My guess since it is so humid there that the lamp is absorbing water from the humid air in it's off hours, And the when it is turned on the heat from the light drives the water out.:think:

    ummm the water appears.. just...anytime. the lamp is on whenever i am at home. say about few hours a day? i think the salt lamp is meant to absorb something in the air :think: :think:

    Leave it on for a few days 24/7. I think the water will go away.

    But if you left it off again for some time I bet the water would come back.:doh:
