Oh Adrian, you're so kind!! Even my PC doesn't have 1GB RAM in it. LoL Sigh, I think it's time for me to upgrade my PC. No, maybe I'll get myself a laptop. Since I'll be studying in Kampar soon.
I think we are forgetting that Adrian did something kind and donated a box to a family. So instead of going oh even i dont have enough Ram than this person or oh my computer is not as good as this guy we should really focus on the fact that the boss helped a family out of his good will So enough of the dick comparing already
LOL! Guys, I believe he's just pointing out that the donated system is actually quite powerful. Well, I hope it is. Anyway, I just heard that they "killed" the PC recently. LOL! I wonder what happened. I will probably drop by to have a looksie when I go back to Penang this weekend.
Yup what happened? Anyways. I will look into my stash and see what parts I can donate... might be old and odd parts though. Hmmm.
LOL! Well, I'll check it out later. Their mother is actually a little relieved it's dead. Hahah... Cause they keep fighting over it.
unfortunately, no i wasn't i was just pointing out the fact that although i still think of myself as a computer enthusiast and a part time gamer, my pc's so antiquated that i'm not able to play most games anymore yes i do realise that we should be focusing on the deed, but it was the first thing that came to my mind when i saw the specs
Found the problem. You wouldn't believe what it was... THE HARD DRIVE! I have no idea how it happened but there appears to be a short in the Seagate 120GB hard drive. When it's plugged in, the PSU won't start up. Remove it and the PSU starts up. Arghhhhhhhhhhhhhh....
Just a long-delayed update. I swapped out the dead drive for a 320GB hard drive. And I'm happy to report, their PC's running great.
Actually, I gave them my 320GB which I bought a couple of months ago for backup. Now have to rely on a smaller 120GB that I just bought.
