    BH5 is made by Winbond, not TwinMOS. Although they have modules based on BH5. :p

    so how am i gonna claim warranty for my ram in the future if the ram died? :think: life time warranty aint helping when the manufacturer closed down :wall:

    That's why it's called "limited" lifetime warranty.

    i'm using Twismos DDR2 memories.I hope the modules don't get corrupted as service may be a problem.Thanks for the news though.Didn't know that they are closing down.

    Sell them & replace them with Kingston or some other big brands.

    yea, from yesterday onwards, according to the source..

    well, I guess the dram price fell below their break-even point.
