I don't think I'd want to take chances like these in Malaysia... The moment Malaysians find an open network, they will start downloading... and you'll be left to wonder.. why my Streamyx so slow one?!!!

3 Months ago i did test with my friends and somes laptops... on 95 wireless networks we discovered in about... 1 km of road 69 wasent protected. And im talking about Montreal... who is an big city So think about New York and all thoses BIG CITIES who're vulnerable(as i think) .
WPA + at least 32 character password changed often + no broadcast of SSID + MAC Filtering + Turn down antenna power + change default admin password. Do all that and you might keep the average joe out.
