DYKT: Fuhwaa... 3 days I changed tyres 4 times, today 2 tyres punctured at different times... can die lo like this! In the end, changed all 4 tyres to new ones... TL.... God ah... no more already... enough liao. I know how to change tyre already...

DYKT: My internet connection at home is down since yesterday morning! Called the customer service twice, they said the port is down and need to be reset, but in the end it's still down!!
DYKT : They can remotely reset the port? So you should be able to tell within 5-10 minutes if it's working. DYKT : It is possible the port is fried, and they need to send a technician to replace it.
DYKT: It's still down this morning I've checked!! Are they trying to repair it?? DYKT: Gotta call them later this evening!
DYKT: And it's still broken this morning. How I hated it when I have to use it!! DYKT: I have to call them again and again!
DYKT: A whole week with a faulty internet connection? DYKT: Only 3 days with a proper intenret connection, and it's only at occasions the DSL light went up like usual and then at other times it went blinking. DYKT: and the technicians misdiagnosed the problem, he said it was the modem fried, but then I replaced another modem, and it showed the same thing? Even tried to direct connect it, and it is still the same! I had busted RM160 for another new one and then it wasn't the modem! DYKT: and they wanted another 2 working days to fix it! Needless to say, I was damn pissed!
DYKT : They will always blame your modem and PC before even contemplating it might be their own fault?
DYKT: I even asked them for compensation for misdiagnosing the problem. They should have paid me back RM165. Unfortunately, they are evading my question. And even lied that they called another time said that the connection was okay.
DYKT : I got them to send me rebates in the past. DYKT : You will have to lodge a written complaint, either at the Kedai Telekom... or by e-mail.
DYKT: seems like these days I less get phone calls DYKT: my mom can't call me DYKT: she call me through my brother phone lately should I change from celcom
DYKT: The connection has been restored, but hope it stayed that way. I'll allow another 2 days more before I ask them for rebates.
Be sure to pursue them. DYKT : The good news is that they will normally approve the rebate if you make the effort.
