I'll show it later, as my desk is pretty messy now.

If you are curious, it's a tiny board fitted with a Microchip's (recently this company also acquired SST, one of the makers of those BIOS ROMs) PIC32MX795F512L. It contains a 512KB program memory and a 128KB RAM. Plus, it has an MIPS (one of the makers of embedded processors) 4K core inside.

I heard that the performance of that processor's performance is between 486 and a low-end Pentium, sans the FPU.

I was about to use an ARM processor but the compilers are not really easy to use, and plus, it's not user friendly.

I saw that. I wanna preorder that, but it's sold out by the first few days.

I guess I need to wait for a looooong time to get one of those.

Actually, this board is as fast as a PII 350MHz PC. It can handle Quake 3 without much problems.

I reserve such computer-in-boards for heavier workloads like facial recognition. Linux in a board in RM135...

DYKT : I just received my new Dell Inspiron 14R Special Edition with the new Ivy Bridge Core i7 quad-core processor????

DYKT : Its recharging module apparently just died... I can use either direct AC power or battery power, but hooking up to AC power won't recharge the battery anymore... :(
