hehehe, well, that's the technology. The surgery is getting so the point that it's almost hard to tell. I think some guy don't have that big of adam's apple, so it's harder to tell unless they stretch their neck.

Just to mention it .. after modification/gender-change through out surgery and/or hormonal treatment they're not/not called tansvestites anymore.
IIRC, transvestites are straight men whom "dress" like women without any forms of surgery. if have surgery they're transexuals.
