    As soon as I heard summons were issued last week, I knew that this was coming.........;) It had to happen sooner or later, and I'm glad that it's happening. When video cards start costing more than the system that it's being installed in, something is wrong.

    Yea, if the DoJ finds proof, they're in trouble.

    Horizontal price fixing is a Per Se (NO DEFENSE) violation of Section One of the Sherman Anti-trust law. I guess it would make sense to go after other hardware makers after DRAM makers... :p

    Good thing this happen as isn't it quite odd that a video card can cost that much as the G80 is? That a crazy price for them.

    If it makes cards cheaper Im all for it
    I remember in the v=bad ol days when edo ram was super expencive:mad:

    lets hope the graphics prices drop:pray:
