Disable notebook keyboard?

My old Toshiba Satellite Pro 4600 (WinXP) is at it again. It has developed "sticky" keys that start typing whenever they want. I have been using a USB keyboard instead because of this issue...

Is there anyway (short of disassembly) to disable the onboard keyboard? BIOS, Regedit, Device Mgr, etc???

    Thanks!

Try going to Control Panel -> Keyboard -> Hardware Tab -> Select the keyboard -> Properties -> Disable

;) ;) We'll refrain from the "sticky keyboard" jokes.
