Thanks, Yeah, I love that pan. It has been in the family longer then I've been around,,, over 40 years. Cast iron pans last forever.

Something different Chinese food with wine, the noodle more toward seafood n vegi taste and wine a bit sweet... anyway i mainly want to finish up the wine because leave it too long not nice any more overall i will say good combination
Bacon, Beef and Cheddar There used to be a place in town here called 'RAX Roast Beef', But sadly they went out of business. I was haveing a craveing for my favorite sandwich from them... What was trin do but make his own. So here is my recreation of the Rax Roast Beef 'BBC' Or, bacon, beef and Cheddar cheese sandwich. MMMmmm.
