Im just a lil scared of installing windows xp pro 64 bit on my computer, scared i might break something... i know how to do it... but its apparently a bit change from 32 to 64 bit... i have a p5ld2 motherboard, with 3 gigs of ram... everything works perfect right now on normal win xp pro... Now my concern is will i have any hardware changes to do??

Why do you want to upgrade to 64bit?

The most important thing would be driver support. Make sure all your devices have 64bit drivers.

64 bit is only better if you have 4GB or more RAM...

No it's definitely not any better especially if you don't not have more than 4GB of RAM, like g0tanks said.

Yeah, 64-bit XP or Vista is only necessary if you are using more than 3GB of memory (e.g. 4GB, 6GB, 8GB, etc.).
