Taxi driving has it's perks lol. Now i just need to figure our how to upgrade parts without sending it to a shop. Got the 4 door version because i usually travel with 3 others. Now to order larger rims so i can stick in a Brembo Grand Turismo brake kit in with good pads from Queensland Friction Materials or something liddat. If no money, just get Disc Brakes Australia discs and Bendix pads.
Alot of paperwork when it comes to swapping engines, there's Security interest checks, re-registration, RWC, QT Recertification and registration, Legality certs and so on. The RB25DET is pretty good as it it, goes fast and the only thing i'd change about the car is the brakes and tyres first for better handling due to it's tubbier rear end.
Don't forget, we can't import anything we like, thanks to the restrictive SEVS system. Made me wish I moved to New Zealand instead Nice! Are you on Skylines Australia by any chance? Now, put back the factory-spec HIDs (Which got cut off during compliance.) if you haven't, as they were intended from the factory (Factory HIDs, rebased to halogens= Shithouse light output.). Color temperature of the factory ones are around 4,300k (Color temperature.). Don't go any higher, unless you want to sacrifice light output for looks (Not to mention the glare & police defect notices you'll get from 6,000k or higher kits.).
lol not legendary as you hmm i got an SLK ............. = Silver Little Kelisa no way we shall see that how later
i just want to remind you guys of the one and only rule in this forum: No one, i mean no one can compare to Chai. Cheers!
