Yes, it has really good second-hand value, partly because once a new model is released, Apple will only sell a "lower-end" version of the previous model. For example, when they released iPhone 4, they had all their telcos switch from selling 16 GB and 32 GB models of iPhone 3GS to a new 8 GB model. Thus, the market value of the 16 GB and 32 GB iPhone 3GS models do not drop like a brick just because iPhone 4 is out.

Yup, old but solid phone. Probably the only phone that can run both WM and android very well. Best of both worlds. Good offline GPS choices, and tons of apps to play with.
Strawroot is happily using HD2 with Android, that's why I'm so tempted! DYKT: My HD2 is here! Practically brand new!

I believe it is... 2010 has been the hottest year (or one of the hottest years) on record! It's just that the weather has gone "nuts". Weather conditions are getting more and more extreme. When it's hot, it's getting much hotter. When it's cold, it gets REALLY cold.
