The 414 looks pretty good, been considering to upgrade my 211j to a 4-bay, assuming they still allow easily transferring the old drives over to the new unit. Going to stick with a pair of RAID1's though; I hear RAID5 can really hit your drives hard when doing a rebuild, if you swap out one drive due to failure.
I'm actually waiting for the sucessor of the 413j hopefully it comes with USB 3. Transfering files from my 209j is really a pain.
