    Hi,

I am using HP notebook DV6 series with AMD builtin graphics card. A few weeks ago my notebook stuck at the windows logo screen (I am using Windows 10).

I reinstalled the Windows and everything was fine but just after updating the Graphics driver from the internet, it again stuck on the logo screen upon restart.

I repeated this process (reinstalling windows) and the same happened again and again just after updating the graphics card driver.

I also tried downloading the right driver from the official HP site, but the same problem with that too.

Can you please guide what can I do? Is it some hardware problem? Or the driver is outdated?

Most likely hardware issue since you are using HP drivers. Maybe you can try installing drivers from AMD website.

They said the only way to install the driver is by an automatic update of Windows 10 or from the HP site.
Is it replace graphics card? or is it builtin on the motherboard?

Based on this Youtube, it looks like onboard to me. So you probably need to replace the motherboard.
