Hahaha.. Does that allow you to split the transfers between the two cards? I noticed that when I have a 3G modem and Internet over WiFi running, the computer always defaults to the 3G modem and nothing gets transferred from WiFi. Just wondering if that's true for dual WiFi connections.
I have wireless-N Now I wonder what happens if I connect to 2 different network. Will try that when I go to my friend's apt.
I don't have my other friend's network password But when I tested on my own network, the router shows only one of the network car having connections. Maybe I need like a Windows Server OS to manage the connection.
Yes can connect to 2 different networks, but the Internet will only come from ONE of the network right.
Technically both should be able to connect to internet. But I don't have 2 internet lines to test it. You can test it by randomly unplugging the LAN cable of one of the port.
The last time i test it on the same network, it is only using one wifi card although both are connected.
+1 ... No matter how many cards you have and connect .... Windows only use one that have the strongest signal ..IMHO .
Well At&t is a GSM Network which GSM stands for Global System for Mobile Communications. Which means you can take it anywhere in the world. But if you are overseas then yes you could take the 3g Sim card out if there is no signal for a 3g network. Also your Ipad 2 will not get locked if you take the card out.
