Man, I thought microcontrollers are often single core, but this one has 8-cores!! Parallax Propeller Unfortunately, the schematic and block diagrams of the microcontroller is pretty limited and not much details are disclosed, unlike the other microcontroller data sheets. I can say that it's pretty good for home automation and even vehicles, if they have further quality testing on that. On top of that it uses a different High-Level-Language for its multitasking programs inside. Unfortunately, the training kit costs like RM1300 in Farnell Malaysia. I have to look for the programmer itself, and even the chip instead of the whole set.
