Cranks are not really worth it, just looks nicer. :haha:

Unless you break a wheel, it's too expensive to get a new set. I still can't find an affordable replacement till now. So I sort of gave up and bought replacement spokes, hopefully it will fit. :shifty:

I went over the bar after this drop. I'm not entirely sure what happened, but when my rear landed, the rear shock bucked me off the bike. Rear shock needs servicing...

Good thing for gloves. I see some people riding without gloves, that's just asking for a nice rash on the palms.

Nice, I should also get one myself. Have some brake calipers I want to install some day.
But before that, need to buy the derailleur hangar tool that I wanted to get but haven't gotten yet... :shifty:

Are you having ghost shifting issues? Like only certain gear shifts have problems shifting? If it is consistent, maybe it's only cable tensioning needs adjustment.

Not really, but since its way too easy to bend a derailleur hangar from a drop or banging it against the door or whatever, makes sense to keep one at home so I can fix it myself instead of bringing to the shop.

Maybe too many drops like these cracked the stem? :shifty: Sorry about the bad angle, my chest mount hit my saddle on the first drop. :p

I landed most of the drops pretty well, except twice which I went over the bar. I posted a video for one of the fall.

I had a pretty nasty fall 2 weeks ago, but I heard some squeaking sound in the video which was earlier. I suspect it has already cracked for quite a while.

After close to 9 years, I finally bought my first new bike of my life!

    This is a Polygon Siskiu T8, 29" L size.

Sorry, flat pedal only. LOL. I don't even have a Garmin capable of recording power. :haha:

Hmm... I think it is close to 34 lbs. Definitely not light, but good for going over rough technical trails...

  20. Good looking bike! Just roll with it.
