Well, even the ACA is not infallible. Plus, I think the ACA is not really independent. It's really still an arm of the government, and as such, is still open to abuse. I guess that's a legacy of Dr. M's administration. Of course, he will probably say he wasn't aware of it. I hope this is a step towards ensuring transparency of government agencies, especially an important agency like the ACA which is instrumental in combating the ever prevalent corruption in our government.
