There's nothing great about this camera to be honest, and being 13 years old, I don't see why you should choose this camera. But since you mentioned that it has only recently dropped to your budget range, I don't think you have much choice either given your limited budget.
What's your budget? Whatever the price for this ancient piece of history may be, I'm pretty sure you can get something modern instead.
