Hi, I have some queries.... I tried to access a webpage and my Avast anti-virus warned me that the webpage I tried to access was blocked because there is malicious programme on it. Question: If that is the case, can I conclude that no files of any type that is infected has been transfered to my PC? I was using InPrivate Browsing. As I udnerstand normally, files from the web would be transfered to a temporary folder, correct me if I am wrong.
If an antivirus software like Avast caught it and reported it to you, you need not worry because they would have already removed it from the Temp folder and quarantined it.
