That's because it's an old thread and these days someone hardly uses IRC for chat...at least that's what I see on the channels I use regularly on Undernet.
And the last I checked, which was when I was wondering what's with mirc lately, downloaded and installed. Found that it's a shareware now?
I think it's been shareware for a while now. How's IRC doing these days? Still a lot of people online?
