On the 14 of August 2015, we were invited to an exclusive media sneak peek of the upcoming ASUS ZenPad 7.0 (Z370CG) phablet. The Country Manager for Intel Malaysia and Singapore also joined us as the ASUS ZenPad 7.0 is the first mainstream device to sport the new quad-core Intel Atom x3 SoC, formerly known as SoFIA.

Although ASUS Malaysia has yet to set the price, they assured us that the final price tag will be less than RM 700 (USD 175). In addition, ASUS Malaysia is going to give ASUS fans in Malaysia a special reward for their support - a free back cover with every purchase of the ZenPad 7.0!

Now, let's take a closer look at the ASUS ZenPad 7.0 (Z370CG) phablet.

Why small tablets must have poorer specs compare to bigger ones... I love my Nexus 7 2013 form factor really well, but the processor is getting slower with all the updates.

I think it's partly due to the perception of price. To many people, the price should commensurate with the size. LOL...

Even the Apple iPad mini has lower specs than the full-sized iPad, mainly because they have to sell them at a lower price point.
