Dark eye circles?

I don't know, some of us have those dark eye circles, like panda (no offense). Not enough sleep and such.

I'm one of them, the circles are not that dark but quite visible.

How am I gonna make it lighter? I put some ice to chill on the dark area sometimes, but I don't dare to put it too long. Opinions (especially ladies, since they are doing a lot of cosmetics) are welcome.

 

I would try this too! I might use a darker shade of my eyeglasses to cover up this one.
