    Hi,

I try to upgrade my modem (DSL-500G) firmware and it show upgrade successfully, the modem auto reboot but I wait for a few minute, the modem cannot boot up and I reboot it manually. After reboot, my connection tries acquiring network IP and failed to get 10.1.1.x and it show connection limited or no connectivity. When I tried to access 10.1.1.1 for the configuration page, it failed. May I know what is the problem? Is it crash? If I want to restore the firmware to the original or the latest, how can I do it now?

    Please help. Thanks.

Did you try resetting the modem? There's a small reset hole. Just push a toothpick in to reset it.

Usually, the login page is accessed via http://192.168.1.1 but check the manual and see what the login IP is.
