    hmmm... let me see... :think: how about marinating the chicken? i know some killer marinades for BBQ chickens (mostly becasue i've helped sw and his family with so many countless bbqs.. practically experts at having bbqs) but then again, how many people will be attending??? a lot of $$$$ !*faints*
