Overclockers.com - Chrome: Is There Room For Three? I don't think taking IE out is competition. I feel that it's either FF or Chrome, IE will remain.
Google has the funds. MS has the funds. so theoretically, Google can go very far. MS forced to keep up with the game. FF? perhaps not as much funds but it's good and holding its ground for what it laid out so far. it's all good. in the end probably we'll end up with MS being the only browser........... then it'll get sucky later on and new browser become the returning jedi to take down the empire. then repeat itself blablablabla............
I don't use IE unless dealing with one of those retarded standards non-compliant websites that only display correctly in IE, even then I'd inform/boycott those websites if possible.
Not to mention some Microsoft websites... can only be used with IE. KNN... Got this from lowyat forum... Google Chrome's Full List of Special about: Pages 2nd day of using Chrome. So far so good. But now I'm back to using both Chrome and IE because of some websites.
Should anyone try to uninstall GC it does not seem to remove itself completely. It leaves Googleupdate.exe that runs on every start up and connects to the Internet as well. It is located at-least on my system at C:\Documents and Settings\(yourusername)\Local Settings\Application Data\google\
Soon my friend, soon... I received a message saying that one of my TechARP forum thread tab becomes unresponsive this morning. Got a screen capture too. I chose to wait, then it showed me the tab crashed msg, then i just reload the tab and it's back to normal!
