Actually, from my experience, car lights don't really improve anything. Instead, you get to see the lights but can't judge the distance properly, just like how you would drive at night. I rather leave the lights off. That's my opinion anyway.

After reading Chip's advice again, I think he should've used the words foglights or low beams (If your car has no foglights.). They're useful when driving in foggy/ hazy areas to see & been seen......
Actually, the best advice is to drive slower and be more alert. That's the best way to avoid accidents in all situations. 90% of the accidents are caused by drivers' mistakes.

I think he's an expert of rubbish. he belongs in the asylum if he actually thinks that INDONESIA provides ANYONE oxygen I kinda wish he had been one of those tsunami victims. the ones that are dead and missing
the way they say it is as if we owe them for ,so-called, "providing" us with oxygen. this guy here is plainly short of more than jsut a few screws.
