low psu voltages

  1. ive been putting this off for a while, but on asus probe, ive set the % difference to 3 on the 5, 3.3, and 12v rails. the 5 and 3.3 are always going haywire. they read 4.8 and 3.1 respectively. ive also noticed my pc crashing like a drunk driver more often. could this be a psu problem? if so, i would need to get a new psu.. thanks yall

    I think you should check it with a multimeter first because Asus probe's readings aren't terribly accurate. 4.8 and 3.1 are still within reasonable limits anyway...well, 4.8 is.
     
  3. eh, well i dont have a multimeter..have no money...

    edit: i found out the problem....my psu if fuxxed, and the atx connector is fused to my motherboard....now taking donations for new parts... also scratched up my mobo trying to remove the connector...ouch. kill me now
