ROTFL!!! I've been wondering if he can win since his only call to fame is that he recorded the Lingam tape. As someone who has been spending time mostly in Shanghai, he virtually had no chance to win against a veteran like Lee Hwa Beng, a Dato' nonetheless. But for him to beat Ah Beng is... simply spectacular. A real upset. David vs. Goliath!!
