A little description..........
Those are great pics
Is this a vintage mini or the newer cooper
thanks! from what I gather, it's looks like a 1968 Mini Cooper S.
others say it's without the S.
some say Austin Mini Mark I.
me? I don't know!!!
I say it's definitely Mini Cooper, S or no S dunno, Austin Mini Mark I unlikely.
How do you tell? By the badge?
They are basically the same car, just different specs, I think...
slight different at front grill between Mk1 and Mk2
Seriously, it's hard to tell and it doesn't really matter. Front grill can be changed easily. It may not be using the original grill anymore.
Wow. That's a real classic. Nice shots and edit. Really has that "old" feel to it.
Actually it's quite prominent...so much so that the bonnet is different as well. Well u can make it look like Mk2 but it's unlikely as Mk1 is very rare and has more value than mk2. Whether this is a Mk2 or Mk3 is harder to tell with those photos, come to think of it, high possibility its a Mk3 or beyond because of the concealed hinges.
is probably an MK III at least, since it has internal door hinge
probably we need more photos of the whole car.. engine compartment .. lol or even the engine codes or serial numbers.. or any labels inside the car...
ahh so difficult. then we might as well just savor the picture as it is. I labelled it as Mini Cooper only.
Nice shots bro! I had a neighbor when I was a kid that had several of the late 196X models.
Some of us only WISH we could take pics that good
