My 1st Custom rig... after 1 month of planning and waiting... haha... I finally got all my stuff today and spend 3 or more hours to build it but then cannot get it done today. anyway, here's some pictures The 1st picture: The rig itself, without anything on.. 2nd picture: Attach the mobo 3rd picture: Add in the graphic card and the processor and heatsink 4th picture: the jungle inside the rig...
items to recommend - hands - brain - empty spaces in the casing where people don't see - tapes - wires - scissors some of the things needed.
To hide the extra power cables I would move your dvd burner down a slot and tuck up all the unused cables up there.
Finally completed... Was suppose to finish it yesterday but then there's some problem installing windows. And tadaa... I'll post up pictures again later... hehe
Guys, I'm having another problem now. Apparently, windows detect my C: and D: as a removable hardware. Is there any solution for it? Check the 1st picture... And also I want to ask if anybody can explain to me what is this erm... make disk thing...?
SATA is technically hot removable devices. I don't think you can remove that. Make disk? Looks like it allows you to create new RAID array.
Not applicable. You don't have to choose any. Those are actually RAID driver disks (to install windows if you built a RAID array). But to build a RAID array, you need at least two hard drives to begin with (identical ones).
More pictures 1st picture: All the boxes and packaging... 2nd picture: The 1st ever LCD Moniter owned in my house and also the biggest one I own 3rd picture: After everything was setup (the one on the left is my 3 years old laptop)
I also face another problem. This comp has a total of 5 profiles (which includes mine). Everytime when i tried to switch profile the screen will blackout and then on standby mode. After that it ask me to check signal cable. What is the most possible factor for this kind of case?
It's hot removable, as long as it is not the windows drive. C: and D: ? these are on one drive or on two different drives?
If you remove C: , what happens? I have those safely remove icon too on my C2D system. In addition, I even have the power option icon which I can't disable it from showing in system tray. After disable, it doesn't show. But when I restart my PC, it shows again. Stupid icon..
No you can't remove C:... You'll be able to remove any drive that isn't the drive that you installed your OS.
It's NOT a problem la... Don't panic. It's listed as a removable drive because it is a SATA drive which is hot-pluggable. If I'm not mistaken, you installed it on your external SATA controller, instead of the integrated one.
