Hehe.. It's a really small place. It looked huge when it was completely empty. But now that I moved in some furniture and stuff, it looks a lot smaller now. So, there's really no place for anything extra.
I wish to if i can afford that Anyway how much is the house selling? although a bit small from outside look but is enough...
LOL!! You CAN! I bought it for RM 224K, which is actually over RM 230K after you calculate the stamp duty and lawyer fees. Yup. It's quite small. Only 20'x70. I think 22'x70' would be better but they don't have that size. They only have 24'x70' which is a LOT more expensive.
Well, if you first paint under the wire and then paint over it, that should solve the problem, I think.
My favourite corner? Not too sure yet... But it will probably be behind the console table, which I will be placing behind the sofa set. Why? Because that's where I will be working most of the time!
I know.. but if you repaint the wall.. you either have to repaint the area behind the wires (not easy to do) or paint over it, and have a strip of unpainted wall if and when you remove the wire.
oh i'm quite late. but congrats on the house. btw,I'll help you with the cleaning of the house if you'll fetch me i stay in Cheng. hehe btw, if you don't mind me asking mister adrian sir, whatcha working as? A doctor?

Thanks! Oh, Cheng! Err.. No need to call me sir. Well, I'm supposed to be a doctor, I guess. But I haven't started work yet.
Thanks! Well, thanks to the need for government consent, I don't have to apply for a loan yet. That buys me some time.
u noe sumthing........these houses look EXACTLY like my other house in Jalan Gajah Berang. Just behind NDC. Even the stair pattern, the dining area. Everything. Not the lighting though.
