My old cpu, My current pc has a 1.2 AMD Athlon Thunderbird core cpu. http://www.pcprogress.com/product.asp?m1=pw&pid=AMD266-1200OEM My older pc has a Pentium ll 350, Still runs. (win 98 ). So the point of this thread is to find out who has "THE" slowest cpu in their pc that (you use/or at least do something with) every day. Post a link from this page: http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/index.html To "Show Off".
Hm...I'm not sure which type it is. There's a few different ones on that website. Will check later and post the link
i use a Pentium 3 550MHz+192MB RAM+15GB hard disk+RIVA TNT2 32MB graphics card. BUt.......nothing can beat my PSU. it's a TTGI 520 watts PSU with adjustable pots an a 30A 12V rail. It costs more than my entire antique PC.
my 2nd PC - 600mhz P3 slot 1 - 512mb PC133 - 40gb HD - gf2mx400 32mb this comp have only 2 fan, 1 on proc 1 inside PSU...it is so silent until i fall in love with it u can hardly here any moaning sound compare to my farking athlonxp machine with 6 fan
before & after home pc celeron 433 + 128mb ram + win98 + rivatnt2 + 4.3gb evolved to pentium 3 500 + 256mb ram + winxp + gf4mx440 + 30gb(the 13.6gb had problem so i swap in the 30gb from my current pc)
wat u use ur second pc for? mine is mainly for some office work and surfing...and download from torrent
my 1st pc was a p2 333,256ram,15gighdd,tnt2 ultra...it was back in 1999 lol. At tat time im so happy can play fifa99 in nice details
This is what inspired this thread. A coin-op video game very popular around 1980 or so. A 2 mhz 6502 mp. THATS ALL! http://www.cpu-world.com/CPUs/650x/index.html Look at it's mobo! I would love to get one for myself!!! http://www.klov.com/game_detail.php?letter=M&game_id=8715
i have a 386 which still can run .. but in the personal "junk yard" i screwed the 90MB (i think) hard disk .. short circuit & a chip exploded
I have a 386 that I brought home from a trash heap. It runs, but I have no idea how to use it. It does a mem test and then ask for password. DOS
i dunno how to reformat a 386 to run win95, i upgraded the ram to 8mb from original 4mb.. i put in some 15gb into the 486 but bios didnt reconise it..wat the hell..
for some reason, i get scared when I see the word like...... 15GB hardisk........or Celeron 400. brhhh.......the times.
