any best solution?
searched high & low but still same.
used mobile has no issue.
1. Clear your Chrome + IE cache, and restart.
2. Check to make sure you are not using a proxy server.
3. Change your DNS servers.
Sounds like a DNS issue..
4. Reset setting of your browsers.
I would try changing DNS servers.
done & tried all below still same.

Did you try another browser like Firefox?

Sounds like you are trying to use a https connection on a website that doesn't support it, or is using an outdated or expired SSL certificate.
Try the URL with http://instead.
Separate names with a comma.
