I purchased a burnt HIS IceQ4 HD 4850 for dirt cheap to use the cooler on my reference design Visiontek HD 4850. Now I want to try and resurect the HIS card if possible. So I'm now trying to figure out the two SMD components that I need to replace. Can anyone help me identify these.

Pictures included. Circled on the red card (Visiontek) in red is the one that blew and I think the one in blue was damaged. The blue card (HIS) shows the damage.

I cleaned the burnt area and it looks like only one SMD needs replacing. I added two pictures of the cleaned area.

I guess both cards don't work at all?

Looks like an SMD 0.1uF ceramic cap for the first one (from the top)

And the second from what i can see is a resistor of sorts. Although the resistance is not printed on it. 0.2 ohms? Fusible? Not sure, because there's no R designation mark on it.
