None of the above . I might have led you chaps to a red herring by mentioning the 4WD-F1 link, so I'll restate it - the 4WD system used in the mystery car was designed by the same company that designed the first 4WD system as used in F1. The cars themselves were raced by a Scotsman from the same esteemed family that brought the world many labels; most notably, Black, Red, and Blue.

*Revives thread* Here's an easy & interesting one... It's my friends car. HINTS: 1995 facelift model, twin turbo inline 6 cylinder engine (Same ** engine family as the rear wheel drive coupe from this manufacturer.). This car (And a non turbo version of it.) is available at a used car lot on the original Gran Turismo game. This car is just........ FAST!
Correct! It's the (JZX90) Toyota Mark II Tourer V! It's a wolf in sheep's clothing. Ok, your turn, zy.
Looks a lot like a Figoni-bodied car. Hmm...Bugatti? Talbot-Lago? Delahaye? For some reason the split windscreen makes me think Talbot, but the other details of the car look Bugati-ish. This one'll be a nightmare to ID just 'cos it's probably the only car with that particular body design ever built...
Ouch! Thought I would post this here instead of starting a new thread. OUCH!!! Think they can fix it? I know who makes it but I don't the model name.
That was quick. Man, a $200000 dollar car,,, I can only dream. Still, I wonder if it can be repaired.
