Another anticipated movie in my 'to watch' list banned by the most loved local celebrity in the country - the Censorship Board. Now I just hope Matchstick Men make it this Thursday... But judging from the low numbers of adverts (I can see NONE in the local papers), I think the movie will not prevail against the might of the local Censorship Board... I can only hope... But "Hope is forsaken in this land."
bastages!!! just read this damn article about RAMBUS and reading about the movie banning made me even angry http://news.com.com/2100-1004-5087282.html
Nope. He played the guitar for the whole movie. And I didn't know he can play so well. Anyone want to know the ending?
On Astro already? You must be kidding... Well, it isn't much, but I love the guitar. The gun fights are so fake. Try Equilibrium for some cool gun scenes.
A little offtopic here but I am so anxiously waiting for Kill Bill. I presume that this movie will also be banned in Malaysia because of the gore and blood but let me tell you this, Tarantino never fail to deliver. So I will be off this weekend to watch this excitign flick.
The Censorship Board are always against Tarantino's movies. Have u seen one that made it to M'sia? Not even Reservoir Dogs. I heard that Kill Bill has plenty of gore and action and it was kinda of a miracle that Tarantino managed to get it an R-rating. So I guess I can safely wager $1 million dollars that the movie won't make it to our local cinemas
