I have a Giganta and now... its just paper weight... What mousepad do you use for your optical mcie.. Look what I got a logitech MX300... After a few rounds with the Giganta..ACtually 12 hours of Q3 and CS I notice the mouse feets are stating to wear off... SO i guess the Ball Mouse Pad have to Go.. Tried On the talbe But the surface was too rough... hmmmm..... TRY THIS guYS I love the Texture and Feel to it... Get a Magazine Stick an A4 paper on top and try it..
I've been looking for different mousepads. But I can't afford to buy a good one. So now, I'm using A4 paper! Works very well.
func 1030, but it will set you back RM120 Precision at its best, and its double sided, so you're actually buying two mouse pads. Yet to tarnish mine even after hours and hours of fragging.
That's what I'm doing now! Cheaper than getting a proper mousepad, but I don't dispose every 2 weeks! More like a month.
hmmm must try this A4 paper trick.. BTW, not all A4 papers have the same texture. What brands and thickness do u guys use in particular??
I dunno... The papers I used are 'sneaked' from my office's photocopier machine I chose A4 paper cause it's cost-effective, disposable, plus it's environment-friendly! (not to mention recyclable too!) Say can your optical mouse work without any mousepad/paper at all? Mine couldn't cos the surface of my desk is kinda plastic and shiny...
i think i'll try the A4 thing. but if i do i'll be having about 5 - 10 paper on it so it's thinking and i don't feel the hard table.
I use a text book Juz an old one lying around... pretty expensive mousepad if u ask me. A4 paper juz keeps wearing out... gotta higher grade, I guess...
Welcome to ARP Forums, envy!!! i tried text book before, but i don't like it cos it's not totally flat. and rather thick.
The one I'm using is not too thick... Theory of Computing, small, thin but easily the most expensive text in my collection.
