    Sure!

In Outlook, go to Tools -> Options -> Preferences and click on Junk E-mail.

Go to Block Senders. There you will see a list of blocked e-mail addresses. Just select the ones you want removed and click Remove.

I doubt Outlook Express is the same. That's why I didn't reply.

Unfortunately, I don't have Outlook Express. But there should still be an option like that.

    Block List

    Thanks everyone:
In outlook express on XP, I found the block list under 'Tools - Message Rules - Block List'
The only problem was that one cannot delete the whole list in one go but had to be done item by item.
Thanks once again for your time

Have you tried selecting multiple addresses using Ctrl + mouse click, or Shift + mouse click?
