Simple way would be to buy garlic butter and just spread on the bread before toasting. Alan knows how to make garlic butter. He says it's really easy, but I'm not really sure how.

What it was, was a salisbury steak from a tv-dinner that I put on a bun. The "sauce" was the brown gravy that comes in the tv-dinner. Tasted ok.
