    It was a choice english cut chuck roast. About two pounds. Turned out nice and tender.:)

    I ate about half of it one day, and then the next day I sliced the leftover and made roast beef and cheddar sammi's.:drool:

    What?? Leftover pizza for Christmas?? Sacrilege! :naughty:

    We were a bit unorthodox this year. We had steamboat for Christmas, because it was the monsoon season here (raining, and therefore cooler). :thumb:

    Was supposed to do groceries but I went snowboarding for two days (combined over 13 hours of boarding) and was too tired to go get groceries...
