Here are some pictures of a Chinese New Year luncheon I attended last month. The menu... The Salmon Yee Sang is ready for tossing! Here we go! Higher! HIGHER! A sign of the times - double boiled abalone soup, instead of shark's fin soup. Steamed grouper in soy sauce I believe... Boneless chicken in mango and Japanese salad sauce Braised mushrooms and vegetables with meat dumplings Stir-fried tiger prawns in Szechuan sauce Steamed lotus leaf fried rice Chilled aloe vera with snow fungus, and deep-fried Chinese pancake.
Beef Cubed Steak Some cubed steak with mushrooms. Had a baked potato on the side. (camera batt died before I could get a pic)
This is nice. I used to help organise and run photoshoots for my old comms agency and we once did a product shoot for Italian cheese and ham. Your pic looks a lot like what we ended up with. In other words: you nailed it !
That looks very good! You're giving me an idea about a food for dinner. By the way, do you have a recipe for that?
