Chicken massaged in 1/2 bottle of Firey hot Habanero sauce, then pan seared to lock in the flavor. Some brown Basmati rice and fresh peas on the side to neutralize the burn... Although the rice did not neutralize the burn the meal was great. My mouth is still on fire

I had an unbelievable dinner yesterday. It was a danish dish my wife cooked. I wish I photographed it, Porkchops fied in Butter and curry. then baked in a sauce that consisted of tomatoe paste, 4 shredded apples, cream, butter, onions, and garlic. On rice. I got more for luch today and I cannot wait.!!!!
The bread and butter is what makes for many more servings! I had two more bowls like that before I was stuffed!
