What on earth is Roti Banjir? It must be a KL roti because KL is the place where flash floods happens most of the time during the rainy season!
FYI, Roti Banjir *i think* is a roti kosong that's pre-"sliced" and with the gravy poured over the roti.. flooding it... This roti is meant for lazy ppl... LOL
Hey, I love those kind of roti. Its easier for me to eat while I work. Besides, when the curry makes the roti soggy, then it becomes better than the original. This is of course, my own opinion.
You know what my dad used to do. He used to take roti canai and cook it inside the microwave for a few minutes till all the oil runs out and the roti canai becomes crispy. Then it will become like a semi hard biscuit that was a roti canai. Dip in curry and serve. Its damn good man. Go try it out.
Crsipy Roti.... i tried this before ... LOL got some roti leftovers in the fridge and toasted it the next morning.... werid but well, at elast it's a hot meal...
