IMHO, that three years jail term is okay for the snatch theft, but for causing death? That's ridiculous. This is why our judicial system is a laughing stock.
yeah.... so next time ... if you want to kill someone .. .dont take a knife or gun ... just make it a snatch thief case
morale of the story is: we can just kill whoever we hate here, we dont have to pay for the price. it's great to be a msian ^_^
3 years for stealing and killing!?!?!? This is horrible law management! Even a no-brainer can say that it's a death sentence! Oh my goodness, now the system looks like they are being one of them. These thiefs should be punished, castrated and destroyed immediately!!
That's the problem when you screw around with the judicial system. You end up with useless cronies with little to no sense of ethics and justice. Little wonder why our courts can sentence a young boy to SIX MONTHS in jail for not bringing his identity card with him and yet sentence a snatch thief to a MERE TWO YEARS in jail for killing his victim... Where's the justice.. or even the sense of proportion in that???
