Not sure if there's a specific name for it, but its one of the stretches along Batu Feringgi. Coming from town, after one turning that's just immediately after a particularly busy spot, there's a small an isolated area to park the car on the left side. Then you have to walk across the road to the right side and go down some stone stairs to reach it.
