I have noted it's growth for the last month and a half now. It was so tiny at first but now look at him/her! It spins the same web every few days in the same spot.:)

I'll leave it be... Why not... It's getting fat from all the summer bugs.:)

WOW! What kind of spider is that?? It looks huge!

I'm not a spider fan myself.. but I would leave it alone if it's not dangerous. Sure helps cut down on the bugs! :)

For the same reason, I love lizards.

A friend has noted that it is an Orb Weaver spider.

Sure seems like it from the discription. Check out the last two pictures in the gallery. They look just like mine.:)

Maybe you should try blasting it with radiation and then letting it bite you...

    LOL!!! :haha: :haha:

Well, think of all the bugs she's eating. In a way, she's kinda like a bug filter for your house. :D

She is still there.:) But I'm worried it is supposed to get near freezing tommorow night. They are not poisonous, and rarely bite. Should I move her into my house to keep her alive?

Not my vid, but the spider is the same.:) YouTube - Orb Weaver Spider

Probably a good idea. I don't think she will survive very low temperatures.
