Only if you decide to buy a car based on cost factor, but this article is generalising on a number of points, especially on the maintenance cost. This article probably does not apply to some of us, especially if you own a turbocharged VAG cars, lol. There are pros and cons beyond the cost of petrol and diesel. If there are more choices of petrol turbocharged cars, that would be my choice as well instead of diesel. Supercars don't run on diesel for a number of reasons. I chose Focus TDCI because ride & handling > performance > fuel consumption > cost. So if your priority is completely different from mine, then your choice would be as well. Everytime I drive my car, it is a journey, not just a tool to travel.
I also got a new pair of cans - the Razer Megalodon. It's a pretty good set of cans, if you play 3D games.
