I've got a challenge for you, I'm looking to overclock a Pentium 4 805 to as high as possible using air cooling (probably using a Gigabyte G-Power Pro GH-PDU21-MF Heatsink) Now here's the challenge what's the best mother board under $150 to do this job. Cheers

your really only going to get what you pay for. a higher quality board is going to cost more to manufacture. and a higher quality board will more stably OC, to higher speeds. alot of it really depends on how spaced out the leads are on the board, and how short they are etc, creates less room for the board to undergo error.
